We are in the process of researching homes that fall within the “caravan act”

Q:

Hello,
We are in the process of researching homes that fall within the “caravan act” as we are looking to erect one on the family farm. We are in the early stages and are soon to apply for planning permission. Your homes look very high quality and I find them much more attractive than the alternative log cabins. We would be looking for one of the larger homes as it would be a family home (kids plus dogs!) and probably used for long term living accommodation.
I would need a little help with arranging the layout as we would require 3 bedrooms but we would also require a utility room with a back door onto garden – I have a layout in mind and would like to know at what stage is best to ask you to create a floor plan and start costing the build? Like everyone we want the best available space (within the restricted space allowed under the caravans act)
Kind regards
Jo

Thank-you for your enquiry…
For your interest I’ve attached an example quote for a 65 x 22 ft mobile home. You will see different prices that represent various finishes… I hope it’s not too confusing we just need to show all the different materials options because the same floorplan can have a price variation of 40%.
I will post a catalogue today…
Have you seen the example floorplans on our website?
