I have spend days and days looking at cabins/lodges/mobile homes and a lot seem to be the same but resold by different companies. On a low budget I want to be sure I am going to source as I do not need to pay for a park siting or commercial price.
Basically the situation has arisen such that elderly in-laws need care. We have a big enough garden to site a home on but are new to this and there are so so many different companies on the market that it is a bit of a minefield for us. We want a home that they will be comfortable all year round and for it to feel enough like a real house that they welcome the idea of living in it. They love their own home but we live 4 hours away and they need care.
We want a home with big windows, 3/4 bed I think so they can carry on with their hobbies and so there is a spare room should one of us/ a carer need to sleep there. I think one bathroom and then an ensuite loo to 1 bedroom will be ok.
I very much like your pictures and realise a lot of designs are bespoke but can you let me know if possible the exact prices of examples you show so we know if we are looking in the right place. Also what is included and if one can leave anything out to reduce prices.
