Hello! I live on Anglesey, North Wales and are looking for a twin home as a permanent residence for my parents in law on our farm. There is already a static caravan but we need something bigger and better. We are looking for something with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, central heating, double glazing and possible wheelchair access. I am very impressed with your amazing builds and hope that you can help us. I note that your prices start from £80,000 but unfortunately our top budget at the moment is around £65,000. Despite this I thought that there was no harm in contacting just in case you could help us in any way. ( We are going to do this as my father in law is in ill health – if something could be done, how soon can they be built?) I would greatly appreciate any advice.

What size build are you looking at… I’ve attached an example quotation…
You can but the frame and erect plus cladding window and roof… if you project manage the internal trades locally you will save some funds
